Kısaca: Offlayn'ı kullanmak için bir hesap ve aktif bir abonelik gerekir (yeni kullanıcılar Google Play'in 7 günlük ücretsiz denemesiyle başlar). Sunucumuzda yalnızca hesabının, limitlerinin, serinin, aile özelliklerinin ve aboneliğinin çalışması için gereken veriler saklanır. Reklam göstermiyoruz; verilerini satmıyor, reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz. Çocuk telefonları bunun istisnasıdır: ebeveynin gösterdiği 6 karakterlik davet koduyla aileye katılır, e-posta, şifre veya ödeme yöntemi istenmez ve ebeveynin aboneliği kapsamında çalışır (aşağıdaki "Çocuklar ve aile modu" bölümüne bak).

Uygulama başına dakika bilgisi yalnızca aile bağlı çocuk telefonlarından gönderilir. Hesap onayı ve şifre sıfırlama e-postaları bir bağlantının yanı sıra tek kullanımlık 8 haneli bir kod içerir. Kod 15 dakika geçerlidir, yalnızca bir kez kullanılabilir ve uygulamaya girilir. Kodlar giriş sağlayıcımız Supabase Auth tarafından üretilir ve doğrulanır; Offlayn bu kodları saklamaz. E-postalar, e-posta gönderim hizmet sağlayıcımız Resend aracılığıyla (AB bölgesi, İrlanda) bildirim@offlayn.com adresi adına gönderilir; bu amaçla e-posta adresin ve e-postanın içeriği Resend tarafından işlenir.

Bir ebeveyn, uygulamayı yalnızca çocuklarını yönetmek için de kullanabilir ("yalnızca ebeveyn paneli" modu). Bu modda o telefonda kullanım erişimi ve erişilebilirlik izinleri istenmez ve o telefonun kullanımı takip edilmez.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için Premium veya Aile paketi aboneliklerinden birini başlatman gerekir. Abonelikler Google Play (Android) veya App Store (iOS) üzerinden satın alınır. Ödemeyi bu mağazalar alır; kart veya banka bilgilerin bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Hesap verileri Supabase altyapısında, Avrupa Birliği'nde (Frankfurt, Almanya) bulunan sunucularda saklanır. Abonelik doğrulaması için yukarıda sayılan sınırlı satın alma bilgisi ABD'deki RevenueCat sunucularında işlenir. Doğrulama kodu ve şifre sıfırlama e-postaları Resend aracılığıyla (AB bölgesi, İrlanda) gönderilir. Bu nedenle verilerin yurt dışına aktarılır; aktarım, hizmetin ve satın aldığın aboneliğin sunulabilmesi için gereklidir. Tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS/TLS). Veritabanında satır bazlı güvenlik kuralları uygulanır: her kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verisini, ebeveyn ise yalnızca kendi ailesindeki çocuğun verisini görebilir. Gem harcaması gibi işlemler yalnızca sunucuda yapılır.
Verilerini satmayız, reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmayız. Veriler yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için kullandığımız hizmet sağlayıcılarda işlenir: altyapı için Supabase, abonelik doğrulaması için RevenueCat, hesap onayı ve şifre sıfırlama e-postalarının gönderimi için Resend. Ödemeyi Google veya Apple kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre alır. Yasal bir zorunluluk olmadıkça üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz.
Uygulama hesap olmadan kullanılamadığı için hesap verilerin, seninle aramızdaki sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m. 5/2-c) ve hizmeti güvenli sunma yönündeki meşru menfaatimiz (m. 5/2-f) sebebiyle işlenir. Hesabın açık kaldığı sürece saklanır; hesabını sildiğinde kalıcı olarak silinir. Mağazaların ve RevenueCat'in tuttuğu satın alma kayıtları, vergi ve muhasebe yükümlülükleri nedeniyle kanunun öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir.
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarara uğraman hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakların vardır. Taleplerini yukarıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsin. Başvurun en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır.

In short: Using Offlayn requires an account and an active subscription (new users start with Google Play's 7-day free trial). Our server stores only the data needed for your account, limits, streak, family features and subscription to work. We show no ads; we never sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising or marketing. Your messages, passwords and the content of your notifications are never read, and other apps' screen content is not read (the one exception, Deep Focus protection, is described below).

To use the app you need to create an account (or sign in) with your email address in the app and start a subscription. There is no free version. Details about the subscription and the free trial are under "Subscriptions and payments" below. Only the data listed in the table below and in "Subscriptions and payments" is sent to our server.
Children's phones are the exception: they join a family with the 6-character invite code shown on the parent's phone, no email, password or payment method is asked for, and they run under the parent's subscription (see "Children and Family mode" below).

Per-app minutes are sent only from child phones linked to a family. For accounts where you limit your own use (not linked as a child, or used by a parent on their own phone), per-app minutes are not sent to the server; only the daily results (totals) listed above are.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, messages, notification content, browsing history, advertising IDs or screen content (the name check in Deep Focus protection happens only on the phone and is not stored).
Account confirmation and password reset emails contain a one-time 8-digit code as well as a link. The code is valid for 15 minutes, can be used only once, and is entered in the app. Codes are generated and checked by our sign-in provider Supabase Auth; Offlayn does not store them. The emails are sent through our email delivery provider Resend (EU region, Ireland) on behalf of bildirim@offlayn.com; for this purpose your email address and the content of the email are processed by Resend.
Offlayn is designed for adults and parents. A child's phone joins a family with an invite code shown on the parent's phone. We do not ask the child for an email, password, name or date of birth; the child account is anonymous and linked only to the parent's family. Only the parent in that family can see the child's data. A child's phone sends the minutes used per app for the last few days, for apps that have a limit or exceeded a limit, to our server; only the parent(s) of that family can see them. A parent can give a child's phone a name (up to 24 characters); only the parent can see this name (the child cannot), but we still recommend a nickname rather than a full name. Children's phones cannot join clubs; children only appear in their own family's league. No payment method is asked for on a child's phone; it runs under the parent's subscription. If the parent's subscription ends, the child's phone stops enforcing limits and shows a message saying so. There is no messaging between users, no public profile and no public ranking; children never appear in public lists.
A parent can also use the app only to manage their children ("parent panel only" mode). In this mode usage access and accessibility permissions are not requested on that phone and that phone's usage is not tracked.
Using the app requires starting a Premium or Family subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). The store takes the payment; your card or bank details never reach us.
Account data is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The limited purchase information described above is processed by RevenueCat in the United States to verify subscriptions. Confirmation and password reset emails are sent through Resend (EU region, Ireland). All connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Row-level security rules ensure each user can see only their own data, and a parent only the data of the child in their own family. Actions such as spending gems are performed on the server only.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising or marketing. Data is processed only by the service providers we use to run the service: Supabase for infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscription verification and Resend for sending account confirmation and password reset emails. Payments are handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. It is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Because the app cannot be used without an account, we process account data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract) and, for security, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the service safely. Account data is kept while your account exists and is permanently deleted when you delete your account. Purchase records kept by the stores and RevenueCat may be retained for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
You may ask us whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for corrections or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to the email address above; we respond within 30 days, free of charge.

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date and announce significant changes in the app.
